Best Soldering Kit < $75

I need to extend my Sennheisers, so a place to get a soldering iron that isn't crap (walmart) would be nice. My $8 one died out, the tip doesn't even get hot, only on the sides.

Not the best, but for $15, you cant beat it.

I am very happy with mine.  Just buy some extra tips and you should be good to go.

I sling solder for a god part of my living, if you want the best unit for the cash hands down that will outperform units costing many times more, go with this specific unit. For most general work, go with an LF16D tip. And skip the lead free solder :) http://www.circuitspecialists.com/prod.itml/icOid/10072 Thank me later :)
