Hey guys
I recently bought a hifiman ef2 and i fount the stock tubes abit too bright with my shure srh44s (i know this is partly the headphones). I would like to purchase some tubes that would increase the bass of the headphones. I have read several positive reviews on the rayetheon 6ak5 tubes. I went out and bought but i am yet to get them yet. I would like to know your opinion on what th ebest tubes are for my purpose. I have also read that the mullards and the hytrons are quite good aswell. Also how do you burn in tubes and how long does it take?
