Hi!

I have been wanting to upgrade from my ue tf10 pro....Still love it....but somehow i miss the mids...I feel I want more....loved the mids that i received from klipsch s4.....I want to experience a wow factor...its i want combine s4 and tf10pro or sth....or should I just upgrade my cable for tf10. Pretty confused....my current portable system is teclast t51>headstage arrow 3g>tf10pro....

PLEASE only answer in comparison to tf10pro one more question....how better is sm3 compared to tf10pro or should i say how vast is the difference? or Any suggestion....I'm open to anything

Thank You

I preferred the TF10s over my 535s. Heard the UM3X for a short duration, couldn't A/B but probably was better than 535 or just as good.
Replacing a cable won't make a difference unless your current stock one is faulty.

I totally dug the SE535 compared to the Triple.fi. The triple.fi were lots of fun but always felt a little digital/mechanical to me; excellent for some tracks, but not great all rounders. The SE535 has the excellent mids it is famed for; I have a tough time personally imagining any earphone beat it for the mids. Vocals are amazing on them. The UM3X has good mids too, but I found the bass flubby and too overpowering; it just was messy to me. I had the UM3X for quite a while but eventually it was just "meh" to me. In ABing between the SE535 and W4 when I owned them both, I finally came away with the SE535. The W4 is more technical but the SE535 is more warm,"feeling" motivated; the soundstage on the W4 is shockingly good. I also had an easier time getting a good seal on the SE535 over the more shallow W4. I do consider the W4 better than both the UM3X and W3. If you have the triple.fi (and enjoy the fit/it doesn't bother you), the W3 is more or less a lateral move, especially if you want mids. The mids on the W3 were too recessed for me.

I've never heard the SM3.

I dig my SE535, if i can remember correctly they were better than my Denon Ah-5000 and ill have to test them against my MS-1 when i get them in a few days.
