So yourmusic.com is having a 30% off sale until May 10 which puts albums at a very cheap $5.
There selection has really gone down hill over the years however and many of the items from the old yourmusic.com thread are no longer available. There does seem to be a trend to only stocking pop albums and compilation albums.
I was hoping that members could post there recommendations that are still available on yourmusic.com to help people very cheaply expand their library.
Here is what I have in my cart right now:
Hilary Hahn - Schoenberg, Sibelius - Violin Concertos
Stan Getz - Sweet Rain
Miles Davis - Birth Of The Cool
John Coltrane - Live At The Village Vanguard
Art Blakey & The Jazz Messengers - A Night In Tunisia
Here are a few other excellent albums that are already in my collection & still available on yourmusic.com:
Thelonious Monk Quartet - Thelonious Monk Quartet With John Coltrane At Carnegie Hall
Nirvana - MTV Unplugged in New York
Viktoria Mullova & Giuliano Carmignola - Vivaldi: Concertos For Two Violins
Bela Fleck - The Melody of Rhythm
TV on the Radio - Dear Science
The Who - Tommy
Jurassic 5 - Power In Numbers
