Hey Guys,
I have been hearing a lot about the Zero DAC amplifier as one of the best budget Headphone Amp. I am new to all this and buying the Zero DAC will be my first full size headphone amplifier. I just have a few questions about this amp before buying it to avoid any problems.
1. I typed Zero DAC into google but couldn't find any shops that sells it. I typed Zero DAC into Ebay and found numerous results all coming from China and Hong Kong. Are these Amps being shipped from China and Hong Kong fakes and is Ebay the only place to buy it?
2. On Ebay there are two types of Zero DAC Amps. The ones shipped from China have "OPA627" while the one from Hong Kong have "OPA2604" Which on is better out of the two?
3. Both of these DAC Amps have "With USB Converter" written in the description. Does this mean these amps are able to take audio input from a USB Source?
4. Do these Headphones Amps produce "Audiophile" sound quality?
5.Do these products have a good build? Sturdy? Last me a few years?
Hope you guys good help me with these questions. I am new to Amplifiers and buying this will be my first Headphones Amp and be an upgrade from the onboard Sound card.
