IE9 reported it as unsafe & my experience suggests that it is accurate given that I have tried a few of the websites that it has reported as unsafe & the were indeed unsafe. The program may or may not be ok but the website is most likely not safe.

Well doesn't scare me because I think the player is ok to use. I hunted down the newest version foobar2000 HE v3.8 and seem to be working great.

Well not really it wont play some flac files. Gets the time wrong. Sounds good though.

I believe the previous poster was talking about cmp, not Foobar HE. There was a false positive scare about the latter, but it's apparently safe to use. I haven't had a problem with it.
