Hum in my new Indeed 6922EH headphone amp.

I just received my new Indeed 6922EH MK2 tube headphone amp. first thing I noticed when plugging in my Beyerdynamic DT 770 250-Ohm headphones is a get a hum, is there any kind of break in period for tube amps or is there an adjustment I can make to fix the hum?

 

Switched my Indeed from the RCAs connected to my Cable T.V. box to the RCAs connected to my sound card, no more hum.

Which is weird because my old Muse 6922EH amp. was just working fine with the same Cable T.V. connection?
