Just heard Swop by Club des Belugas... loved it! Who else is out there that's similar?

I've just listened to a couple of tracks on youtube, and the first thing that comes to mind is Pink Martini.

 

Edit:  If you like the jazzier stuff, and don't mind singing in French, check out Paris Combo.

 

If you like the more Bossa Nova sounding stuff, check out Ceu or Cibelle.  Cibelle's last album, Las Vênus Resort Palace Hotel, is a bit odd but good.
