Any suggestions for low capacitance tonearm wire? Looking to build an RCA-RCA cable with ground cable

Partsconnexion.com.  They have 33ga tonearm wire.  Here's Cardas, for instance:

This isn't for the actual tonearm itself, but for the junction box with RCA/ground termation on the back of the turntable. The cable will go from the turntable to the phono preamp. Would the Cardas litz 4x 33 ga be a good for this application? It is already shielded as well, and I'd just need to add some techflex to pretty it up

That should work fine.  Connect the shield to ground only at the sending end.

Wow, no other replies here.  Surprising!

Good luck!
