sansa clip mp3 help?

sooo i kinda left my sansa clip mp3 in my pants and it went into the washing machine.... but i did a lil research and i placed it in a container of uncooked rice. it actually works now , but now rice got thru where the head phones are supposed to be plugged in and im worried if in some time it will effect it in anyway . can someone please tell me how to get it out?
