Shure E500 Rewiring

Is there a company that will rewire Shure earphones?

 

The cable on my E500 broke at the earpiece end on both sides. It's past warranty and Shure said they don't do repairs and offered me a discount for a new pair. I can't afford that right now, so I really need this rewiring.

 

Any help would be appreciated. I'm in Toronto.

You can try the DIY section to see if anyone will do it. There will be a small fee involved for labor and shipping.

PM me pictures of the situation and I'll help you out. Us audiophiles gotta stick together. I build 6N percent pure silver cable upgrades for IEM's from time to time. I'm sure we can work on this if it's not too bad.
