I found an old thread about a super-small CMoy http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/123530/msop-cmoy

I doubt one can make it smaller than this msopcmoy26yy.jpg

Holy F**k??eek.gif  Thats what I call tiny.  Now, lets get it down to nano scale with the new semiconductor technologies.wink.gif

Joking aside.  I would like to include a very small high capcity Li-ion battery, maybe include a tiny charger?  Any ideas?

Keep the charger outside the amp, to save space.

i dont think u'd get any High Capacity batteries, but yeah, cellphone batteries can be small enough with all the capacity u might need.

Cellphone batteries would be better i guess, they have inbuilt protection circuits u know.

The real trick would be to parasite power from the DAP....

I suppose one could always mount components on both sides of the board and compress it further. Would the soic version of the tle2426 be any smaller?

I think the caps can be oriented horizontally to keep it more level.  It still needs a pot, and in and out jack.  I would prefer one side level for battery to be flush.  I agree, I can just buy or make a external charger for it.

If you look at Ray's amp, it's pretty simple and he cut a opening in the board to fit a huge cap in there.

WalMart has a Li-Ion battery pack for the Wii remote.

Charges from a USB port. The cell looks quite small

and I would have to assume it includes a charger

and protection board.

Use MANY Smaller caps in parallel. Much lower ESR than 1 big monster. Lots of soldering though.

I never noticed that the cap in the tomahawk is only rated for 6.3V with a 9V battery supply.

Unless I miss my guess, that Tomahawk looks like

it is powered by two AA cells.

Hello

I bought the xicon transformer but I am unable to make them work.

As I am not at all a specialist, may someone can help me to connect these items ?

I think a simple draw will help me.

sorry for my bad english
