iPod alternatives for OS X?

Usually when looking for a new DAP I'd just make the obvious choice and get a new iPod, but as you can see from my sig I've owned six of the things in a row and I feel it would make a nice change to try a different manufacturer.

What I want -

Essential

- High quality audio

- 40GB+ capacity

- User-friendly controls

- FLAC compatible

- Podcast compatible

Non-essential but would be nice

- As thin and light as a 1st generation iPod Nano

- iPod-style scrollwheel

- Accelerometer (I LOVE Coverflow on my Nano)

- DAB radio

- Widescreen / video capabilities

So does anyone know of any DAPs that meet my requirements and work well with OS X?

And if so, do they work with iTunes? If not, what software do I use?

Thank you.
