I sold my 337 and my he500 in december..so last month and this month i am totally headfi'less..and trust me..thats hard!!
But in febr my bliss will start..the amp will be at my doorstep around second week of febr also..and then the burn in begins..as its totally opamp based and it has HUGE caps and powersupply i understand..so they need some time to burn in right..gilbert told me it takes around 2 months..non stop! Oh well..i cant switch it off anyway..i dont have a switch on it to do that..it will be powered on 24-7 as then the amp will sound on its best i have heard..so the builder decided not to include a on-off switch.. wink.gif

O ANOTHER NOTE: for all the US based fellow headfi'ers here..just got news about the extreme weathers there..hope u and ur family are okay my friends! Best of luck for u guys who live in the area where the extreme bad weather occurs..i heard that on certain places it reaches as low as -51 degrees celcius!!! OMG! eek.gif

That's a hardcore rig you're going to have. Do share with impressions.

Amsterdam is a rather small city by most world standards ;), but space is a big problem, but the suburbs especially in the north are absolutely beautiful with all the trees and parks. Amsterdam firmly remains my favourite city in the world.

The suburbs of Sydney extend as far as more than 50km to the west of Sydney where even a 4 bedroom house is still well over the $600k mark. I don't know how my kids will ever buy (They are 8, 5 and 1 now)

They use the same tubes as Schiit Lyr, correct?   e.g. 6DJ8, 6922, ECC88

These guys didn't have to deice their wings to engage in aerial combat, during the snowfall. Although I think their headphones fell off.

Saw a video on BBC where they chucked boiling water into the air and it froze before it hit the ground!  You folks have to take care with those temperatures! If anyone is running super cooled experiments, now might be a good time! :D
