are there any kind of iphone apps (jailbroken or not) that allow you to have similar utilities as rockbox? Such as Eq Adjustment and playing FLAC

The "Equalizer" app works like the Rockbox EQ.....you can set the frequency of each EQ band (and there are seven instead of RB's five), adjust the gain or pre-cut, adjust the Q setting, equalize the left and right channels individually....it is awesome. Cost is $2.99 USD.

As far as FLAC, there is an app for playing it, but it costs $10 USD.....not worth it IMO. I would convert to ALAC instead if I wanted lossless on my Apple player.

Thanks for the suggestion. I downloaded the Equalizer app and will replace the ipod with it and see how I like it. It would be sweet if RB came out with an iphone app, though it doesn't seem too likely
