Short cable extension

I am going to recable my m50's, but not the way most people would. I am going to simply shorten my m50 cable pretty near the actual ear cup and then add this http://lunashops.com/goods.php?id=1221. Then use a one meter extension to get to my mp3 ^^. Unless I can find a soder on 3.5 jack that actually has a cable between the input of the ground left and right to the actualy jack itself. If that makes sense. 

 

So basicly, short m50 cable to soder 3.5 jack to extension 

or 

medium length m50 cable to ground, right, and left to cable to 3.5 jack

 

sorry if that doesn't make sense. If you can't help with that part please just give me a good one meter 3.5 mm extension cable gold plated below 20 bucks

Not sure what you mean.

Here's a matching jack to turn the length of cable you cut away into an extension.
