Amp/Player recommendation

Hi, i'm currently using a Monster Turbine Pro Coppers(MTPC) and guess what, im having it plugged into an iphone 3gs... without an amp. I plan on getting either one or both depending on the neccessity and your opinions :D

 

Things i am looking out for are

 

-neutral sound, if it colours the sound its fine with me but just no extra bass.

-gapless

-only for music, no need for videos or fancy games(stares at apple)

-looks nice :D (i'm an aesthetics person)

-nothing much on the budget part, but no extravagant spending

aww cmon :( any opinions? should i get a mp3 player or an amp/dac/all in one

sansa clip+ is great value, looks nice, fairly simple, and with rockbox installed and an amp is great, even a cheap cmoy.
