Little Dot question -What is this?

Can someone please tell me what this is?

It came in the box with the Little Dot IV or V amp.

It looks as if someone made a 6.5mm (1/4") to 3.5mm (1/8") adaptor out of spare parts.

Solved......I didn't notice the hole for the 3.5mm jack.

I got one of those with my LD mkV, in my case it was an impedance adapter, 120 ohms I think.

It might be something that only comes with the mkV, to solve the hiss issue with low impedance cans.
