I plan on getting the adidas version of the sennheiser hd 25 ii as my first pair of headphones (always had iems or regular sony headphones) but was wondering where would I be able to get the blue cable if it were to break or the blue pleatherette ear pads if they were to tear? can I just order these on the the sennheiser website?

thank you all

I took a quick look at Sennheiser's USA parts website and didn't find anything. I'd try giving them a call though, as not all of the parts they sell are listed online.

i just ordered a pair of these, love the looks and herd good thing s about sound quality. i am also looking into getting a portable amp, but i was wondering would these need an amp or are they pretty much good to go? i will be useing a Zune HD, and Ipod touch with them.

Very little benefits from an amp if your powering straight out of your Zune HD, there certainly enough for on the go listening. Of course if your willing to spend 60% for a benefit for as little as 10% for these then Head-Fi is truly your home. lol

But yeah, both the HD25-SP and HD25-II sound good out of any portable (pod, zune or phone) source.

EIDT: I'm tired today, so I might not make sense now and there or with spelling mistakes.
