Comes with everything, accessories, box, set of extra unused pads, cd, case, two cables, etc. It's in "like new" condition. I bought it with about 200 hours on it already, and I've only put about another 50 or so. I also tried the Kees Mod with them, all I did was damp the inside of the cups just a tiny bit to get that "sweet spot" with the bass. I can easily reverse the mod back to stock if you wish. Thanks!
