Need something for Dolby Digital and DTS. Any recommendations?

i need a component that will be able to take DD or DTS and give me dolby headphone from something like an optical out, it MUST be able to do DTS as well considering most blu rays use DTS. but most importantly i want the LFE to come through the headphones, the headphone out on my receiver cuts off the LFE, if i set my BDP to output any form of two channel it also cuts off the LFE. i can get LFE to come through with power dvd on my laptop, but number one, my laptop doesn't play blu-rays, number two, the screen is small and i have no way to hook it up to my display, number three, i need to get sound from my PS3. thanks in advance.

blu ray does DTS-HD, not normal DTS anymore. DTS is a lossy audio codec, dts-hd is lossless. You basically want optical input > headphone output, right? what else do you want? or just headphone output is fine?

headphone output, i know what blu-rays use, i doubt there is anything that will decode the lossless streams, but considering the high bitrate DTS core uses, i don't really care. this device will be used with headphones only.
