Please Help Identify and Value Grado SR300 To Sell

I purchased a set of Grado SR300 headphones in 1992 (I have the original receipt).  I used them very little.  They are in mint condition and have brand new pads.  They are all original -- I have not replaced the headband, drivers or cable.  From my research on this site, I believe they have the HR1000 drivers -- they have the blackstar piece in the center and what appears to be a whitish/greenish ring around it.  But I don't want to misrepresent them -- can someone help me confirm the driver?  Also, what do you think is a fair price?  Someone is selling an SR200 w/ HR1000 drivers on eBay for $1200 but no one has bought them yet.

I know Audiogon has a "Blue Book" that you can subscribe to get prices for used items based on their condition.  Though, I'm sure you probably don't want to go that route because of the subscription cost involved.  However, you can still check the Audiogon Blue Book and see if there is an entry for the SR300 by Grado.  Possibly, there haven't been enough recent sales or transactions of them to provide adequate data or statistics.

 

In any regard, this looks like a very interesting pair of headphones.  I'm sure if they featured the better drivers, you'd love to see a price based on somewhere around that eBay price.  However, to a buyer like me - I also realize that for money of that nature, I could probably purchase 3 pair of Grados and perform some heavy modifications to in order to get to my "place of bliss".
