what DAC / Amp do i need?

Hi, 

I have an old dell that i use as a server for strickly FLAC files.  I am looking for a USB DAC to bypass the terrible soundcard on this hunk of junk.  I have the Grado SR80 and the AudioEngine A2 speakers.  i was going to get the HRT Music Streamer II but then realized i would be SOL for listening on my headphones.  that led me to the NuForce ICON.  while the reviews are slightly worse it wasnt clear that the amp would mess of the A2's as they have a built in amp.  i would like to do the HRT without breaking the bank and cant justify the cost of a headphone amp on top of the HRT.  any suggestions what to do so as to do it without killing my wallet?

I was able to get a Maverick Audio D1 for a pretty good price ($150) and there are a couple for sale in the FS/T forum for reasonable prices considering the upgrades. It has all the features you're looking for and then some.
