There are countless threads on the Tiangyung Zero desktop amp/DAC.  There's also a mega-thread on it, but I forgot the title.  You'll find them all by doing a search.

thx for your reply. i will take a look at it. but it is hard to find in malaysia. i cant search on ebay. i am still trying to look for it....

In that case, you might want to stick with a Fiio E7. Or really, any decent DAC+Amp that you can easily obtain in M'sia. The main idea is that using a DAC will bypass your computer's on-board amp, which seems to be causing the noise, and then you'll have a nice, clean listening experience.
