Headphone amp with an Auzentech Forte sound card

I'm considering getting a headphone amp, on my computer I have an Auzentech Forte sound card. It has 2 headphone outs, the rear is amplified, the front isn't (no more so then normal at least). Which would be best to use for the amp? Would it not be as optimal to plug the amplified out to a external headphone amp?

I believe your Forte is already headphone amped, but getting a tube headphone amp. might be a nice change.
