HiFiMan RE0 or Etymotic ER-4P

I'm undecided on these two.

At the moment I own a Klipsch S4 and I want to upgrade my IEM's.
I mostly listen to Blues Rock, Folk, Rock etc. At home I listen on my MS Pro's though my ASUS STX and love the sound.
Which of the two have a puncher bass knowing they aren't for bass heads? Which is better money for value in terms of sound?

Your comments would be appreciated.

The ER4 is superior, significantly so.

I got HiFiMan RE0 couple of weeks ago, while they are good and balanced. I think they are pretty averege, not even close to ck10 in any aspect. hanvt tried ER-ep though...

I am a S4 owner and a re0 owner, I'd recommend you to get the ER4, my re0 broke in less than 2 months, it just popped up open in my hands and after a couple weeks the drivers in one ear died, I mainly used them at home and took good care of them. I also read some other people's posts about re0's build quality, this might be a reason why re0 is very cheap relative to its value. Sound wise re0 had good treble extension but other than that it wasn't my preference of sound so I didn't miss it too much after it's broken. After my experience with re0 now I really take the build quality into consideration when I purchase a new earphone, by the way, my 1 year plastic casing s4 and sm3 are still going very strong.
