What to add to Stanton T.62

I've been collecting vinyl for some time now. I have a nice reggae collection of all first or second Jamaica pressing and such. I've decided to setup a nice little listening station. I've started with the Stanton t.62 which I may or may not upgrade in the future. I have right now I really cheap (like $15) pre-amp I bought off amazon and some cheap computer speakers. I'm looking for something that will give me a nice sound but not cost a lot of money. I'm also probably going to buy it in pieces so I don't mind spending a little more on each item. An suggestions for what phono pre-amp and speakers to go with it. Would also like a headphone jack on the pre-amp too. Any suggestions or advice is welcome.

Also is there anything I could upgrade on the turntable itself like the cartridge that I should do?
