So, I upgraded to the SR-71b balanced portable amp when they first came out, and I'm now selling my mint condition RSA Protector balanced portable amp.  I have a very special serial number, the lowest one out there, PR-000 as a favor from Ray, and it was in the very first batch of amps shipped with me as the original owner.  However, it's only been through about 15-20 charge cycles.  

 

I mostly used it as a desktop amp with my Macbook Pro laptop rig, to drive my balanced JH13Pro, HE-5LE, and HD600/800.  It's only been used portable about 5-6 times, with no scratches or dings that I know of (just with dust particles in the photos). 

 

A new one is $475 + shipping.  I would take $390 shipped to CONUS with insurance, and I'll eat the paypal fees.  All I have right now is the amp and charger, no box.  According to RSA website, "The Protector comes with industries best lifetime warranty. It is transferable to second & third owners no questions asked." 

 

I don't want to sell it but for needing the cash for dental work (crown), and I cancelled posting an advert that I was typing several times over the past 3 weeks, so I really don't want to haggle over the price.  Thanks for looking.

In regards to questions about selling to somewhere other than CONUS, I would do Hawaii or Alaska for $399 shipped, and Canada for $410 shipped.

Sorry, this sold and shipped to Australia last week.  I've not felt well enough to visit head-fi and post this since last week.
