I ordered some Sennheiser HD 25-II's and some Comply tips from www.hifiheadphones.co.uk and was extremely impressed with the service I received. I paid for next day shipping and due to UPS being lazy bastards, I didn't receive my headphones for 3 days. However, the efforts from HiFi Headphones to get my items delivered asap were nothing short of excellent. I was given a few emails and phone calls updating me on the progress of my order and several apologies even though it was UPS who was in the wrong. Overall i'm very satisfied and will be purchasing from them in the future. If anyone in the UK has considered ordering from them I say go for it.
