help me choose one (ipod cables)

I'm really confused about the cable that I must choose for my ipod touch 3th g ( I want that it works properly with iphone too)

I'm considering these : Cryo Dock , ALO audio Cryo SXC 22G , ALO audio OCC Cryo 22awg , ALO Audio Low Rider

but I don't know what is  the difference ,

which one is suitable for me?

I don't think there will be much difference, mostly they use the same materials it's just a simple DIY.
