Its the 80 gb so I should be able to fit alot more than my clip+. Is the difference between this ipods headphone out and line out that great?

There are many threads explaining the difference between the two, but yes, the LOD will yield better results.

How can you put flac in? Itune doesn't accept flac file. I had one but i sold it because i can't put flac into it :(

If you rockbox it then you don't need to use iTunes to load it.

Yes.

If I remember right, you'll have to create a "Music" folder first, then just copy and paste into it. Then let Rockbox initialize its database to recognize where thte tunes are, and you'll be ready to go.
