what do you guys think???? My mate tells me the 280's are better cause it has more ohms..... im an ultra noob to headphones. please educate me.

While I haven't heard the 598. The 280Pro is pretty terrible sounding and not the say it have a terrible head clamping force that can kill someone in hours.

The impedance of the headphone have ZERO direct effect on the sound quality. If it is true, all the low impedance high-end phones will have iBuds quailty and 600Ohm Beyer will be king of kings?

ok i did a bit of reading.... the higher he Ohms the harder it is the powersource to drive the phones......and hence affect loudness.... i think....

i dont care for loudness, i like being able to hear 20khz........

i  read that i will get a much better/fuller sound with my 598's but my friend says i wont hear a difference..... >_>.........FML
