Swan D1010MkII08 vs M-Audio av40

Bass isn't a big need as i plan on getting a sub later., I mainly want clarity and sound reproduction. I mainly listen to rock music so it'll have to be good for that, they have to be fun too, i like how my hd555s sound and  i want well a better one of those but as speakers with maybe a bit more bass.

50$ shipping kinda urins it for the swans imo.

When I was looking way back when I was stuck between these two as well. I couldn't find much on the Swans, they seem to be hard to find. I eventually started looking at studio monitors and found much better reviews and think they fit a mostly music set-up better.
