Unknowingly bought a bootleg Metallica CD .... nooooo

So tonight I went to my local FYE and found an old Metallica CD I don't own; $9.98 CD Garage Days Re-Revisited.  It was $17 but I figured wth it's a rare one.  So I eagerly get home and rip it open to find that it's actually a well concealed bootleg.  The disc has no marking other than the label is purple, and I now notice the back cover has no upc or bar code.  I also now realize the REAL deal is supposed to be 5 tracks only and this one is 15. 

 

Well this sucks, I guess I'll take it back ~ hope they can give me my money back at least.
