u dont need an amp with the zx 700...24 ohms impedance...'more' mids on this one...(from zx700vsv6 thread)

oh yeah I already got the M50 a while back XD for 110, and that was only reason, if they were 150 I would've gone with the zx700, which btw sound great (listened at the sony store)

maybe impressions review since i only own the M50 ? I mean in general I guess if you prefer better mids go with the zx700, and the bass is nice and tight almost like an hd428 except better extension and detail and body.
