This video shows parts of the headphone making process, and how its processed. Very interested video, and when i saw the person putting on onw of the ear panels by hand, it almost made me feel like i could do it cool.gifhttp://ht.ly/4oLL8

Probably assembling them is not complicated, but creating the drivers and design..its not.

Have a DIY Edition 10, and they send you a box of parts and you have to put it together by hand for $799.beerchug.gif

The Ultrasone Edition series is one of the few 'flagship' cans that look like they are worth the asking price, HD800 - nope , PS1000 - no way , T1 is nice though.

I really want a pair of Edition 8!
