I decided to make this thread and see what people think as this is an new young artist that problably no1 but Finns know about as she was an idol participant and starter as an artist afterwards and I haven't really listened to her much myself at all either until her latest album "Rush" which feels like a huge step into the right direction. I love especially "Hysteria". I think she at times both sounds and looks or at least reminds me of "Finland's Katy Perry" somewhat. However marketing artists in Finland and the budget they put into it is anything but adequate so artists that decide to stay in Finland has like no chance to get recognition abroad so thought I'd post here to see your opinions. I can't think of any similar artists in Finland except PMMP possibly but they are 2 singers but I think Anna Abreu got the "thing" you need to have, the looks, the personality and a good producer besides a good voice to become recognized today (yea often that seems to be more important which is ofc shame). I mean look at Gaga, Perry, Britney and maybe Madonna etc...
