DAC for Sennhesier HD650, how is the Headroom Micro DAC

Is the Headroom Micro DAC ($300) decent value for the money for a Sennheiser HD650?  (played from a PC, ripped at 256 kbs)?

 

Any other DACs you would suggest?

If a $150 DAC is good enough (from a PC) then I'd rather put the extra money into a better AMP which I will also get

excellent choice. Pairs well with the micro amp.

Audio GD NFB-12(amp dac combo) or NFB-3/2 (dac) appears to be better than the Headroom items.... atleast I know if I had to pick I would look at these first before the headroom.  I might even look at HRT's offerings as well.
