Best aftermarket cable for Sennheiser HD800

So my stock HD800 cable broke today (don't ask how >.>) and I'm in the market for a new one. I have a budget of $600 and need the cable to: -End in 1/4" plug -Be sold by someone who accepts payment methods besides Paypal, AKA the bane of my online existence.

Double Helix Cables makes some great HD800 cables.  I've owned others, and the DHC Complement is the best I've yet heard.

Make your own cable using Magami W2534 and any 1/4" adapter you like.

Is the difference between stock and the Complement cables really noticeable?

To my ears it is.  And which one were you saying costs as much as the headphones?  The copper one I bought certainly didn't.  Maybe the silver version does, I don't have that one.

I'm pretty sure your mistaken.  I certainly did not pay that much.  Maybe you're selecting other options, not sure since there seems to be a new version out now but I can't imagine it costing that much more.  Try e-mailing them.
