Musiland 02 help.

I'm not sure if this is the right spot but anyways. I'm getting a pair of av40s and i already have a pair of hd555s, and i want to upgrade my creative x-fi xtremegamer and i was looking into the musiland 02, it'll work fine with my setup right? also with that being said Can I hook both of them up at once? Anything that's cheaper and nearly as good? Also with the Fiio E9, is it good and do i need the E7?

The Musiland 02 will do nicely.

If you go with the E9, the E7 will pair with it or a better DAC will give you even better sound with your headphones + E9.  You will be able to have your speakers and headphones plugged in at once in either case.
