Yamaha Natural Sound R-5 Replacement

Hello, fellow Head-Fiers!

 

(I'm not quite sure if this is the right forum for this - it's not a headphone amplifier, so I didn't put it in amplifiers. If this is the wrong one, I'm sure an admin will feel free to move it)

I'm posting this for a friend whose Yamaha R-5 unit died a few days ago. I assume repairing it is impractical and unlikely, so I'm looking for people to suggest a reasonably priced equivalent unit. It needs to accept inputs from a CD player, a turntable and a dual cassette tape deck. Outputs need to support two JBL speakers of unknown (to me) impedance and a subwoofer (ditto on the impedance). Preferably another set of speakers should be supported as well.
