ie with Monster Supertips Sampler Pack fix isolation?

if i bought the ie8 and used the monster super tips would the isolation be fixed from the problems that some people appear to have on this forum?

From what I've read, the body itself allows sound to pass. so it will never have ear-plug quality isolation.

 

However, I have found that the Monster kit does have some of the most isolating tips available and make some of my IEMs so isolating I can't hear someone talking directly to me from five feet away.

Off.  I've actually hit pause and only barely heard the (loud talker) speaking.  That was with my E2c.
