No 120gb+ mp3 players compatible with mac other than ipod?

Hi im wanting to buy a mp3 player ,well anything thats not a ipod and have better sq and compatible with a mac.

 

Product i looked at so far...

Zune 120 ,not compatible with mac

cowon x7 ,compatiblity issues it bricks mac

 

 

anything else i missed?

Try iPod Video + new harddisk (up to 240Gb) + Rockbox.

It is not really iPod, it will be good sounding Rockbox player.

Microsoft released some "Zune connector for Mac" recently... however, i'm not sure whether it is compatible with 120 or with HD only.

In theory, there should not be any difference between 120 and HD connectivity, but you'd better check it with google.

 

Or you can always upgrade some rockboxable DAP with 120GB HDD, such DAP will act as a plain MSC device, and will work on every PC supporting thumbdrives.

 

PS: Z120 is really cool rolleyes.gif
