IEM's JH Audio 16 Pro w/ TAG silver cables

HRT Music Streamer Pro

 

Just got the HRT in today. Wasn't expecting much but wanted to try one out.

WoW!
Listening to the Beatles White Album 24 bit remastered album, and I may not be able to tear myself away. Really nice.

 

Made the cable with some Cardas 24 X 4 and the associated connectors I got from Mouser rather than use those funky huge adapters.

 

Previously I was using the single ended analog out from the Mac to feed the amp, but this is a huge step up in detail/resolution.


Just felt like sharing biggrin.gif

I was looking into one of the HRT products, but never really found a decent review on one. Looks like a cool little device. Glad you've gotten such a good result with your other items.

Hi Todd,

 

So I'm curious if you've ever had a chance to compare it to the HRT Streamer+?  How much additional bang for the buck does one get from the balanced configuration?

Tom,

I have not compared them yet.

I'm just getting started selling these things, but the MS II+ has been out of stock.
If I find a review, I'll let you know.
