Stello DA100 - Still a good buy?

Does this DAC still compete with the modern ones?  Anyone have any impressions of it?  This model is discontinued but it has been rumored that it has the same quality (but less features) as the signature version, can anyone confirm / deny?

Depends on the price. I feels it's a decent buy around 500USD.

Doesn't the SE version go for $500. I think $400 is where it should be should priced at.

Use to retail for $700.

Edit:

I have another related thread here: http://www.head-fi.org/forum/thread/548281/dac-recommendations-stello-da100-v-audio-gd-nfb-3#post_7390827

This one is "answered."  Thanks.

Very worthwhile IMO. Specially for the cheap prices they are coming around for now.

I think you should close this thread or ask the mods to do so.
