You need to change a SD card, and there's a thread already that list the SDHC card will work or not compatible with HM801,

my kingston Class 4 32gb and Sandisk SDHC Class 4 16gb work perfectly with HM801, my Verbatim  SDHC 32GB CLASS 6 works as well ,however,it sometimes won't be detected., I also tired the SDXC Card  64GB ,as expected ,it didn't work at all.

Headdirect recommends the class 4 card or above.

Read this post some months later ... the Transcend 16 GB works perfectly for me; 'even' if it is a class 10 card, my experience is that class 4 work better.

Anyway, if my Player (both the 801 and the 601) tell me 'no file' I just select to update media file - though sometimes I am stressed and just extract and reinsert the card - it works fine, then.
