Does the different types of cables in the test equipment change the way headphone and cable tests come out?

Basically, no.

But I'll take some looks at headphone recables over time.

I am not receiving any email messages confirming my account was created. I do see an error indicating an existing account when I attempt to re-create the account with the same username. Email messages are not received when I submit a lost password request. I know my email account is valid and I have disabled spam filtering.

Any suggestions Tyll?

Really enjoyed reading the surprising Skullcandy Roc Nation review.  I might actually consider a pair for use with my Ipod Touchvery_evil_smiley.gif

Tyll now writes for Stereophile and the site has a few of their old headphone or related reviews in there.

Technically, Stereophile and Innerfidelity are two completely separate things part of Source Interlink Media's Home Entertainment Group.  Stereophile was kind enough to "repurpose" some of it's personal audio content to give me a leg-up on some search engine rankings. (Big thanks to John Atkinson.) So, I'm the editor-in-chief and have essentially the final word on content on the site. I do have a management chain I report to starting with Keith Pray (the publisher of all the properties in the group), and am responsible to them for the site's traffic performance.

I have to say that one of the cool things about the job is the degree to which management understands that my fundamental responsibility is to the readers ... not the advertisers.  I have to bring readers in, they (the salespeople for the group) sell the space created. I've been instructed in no uncertain terms to write what's needed for the readers and not to worry about the advertisers --- traffic is the key.

So ... I'll be dropping some bombs soon ... just for fun ... and because it's needed ... and because controversy sparks readers.

Any suggestions?  very_evil_smiley.gif
