What is your favorite kind of fudge and by whom is it made?

straight up milk chocolate fudge is my favorite, closely followed by butterscotch

Chocolate fudge (no nuts please) is always a winner. Barring that though, there is a local place in town that makes a mean Maple Fudge and an even meaner Blueberry White Chocolate Fudge.
