looking for DAC/amp to use with in-ear headphones on a laptop

Hey guys,

 

i've got some westone UM-1 in-ear headphones i listen to music with on my laptop. Id like to enhance the sound with a DAC/amp integrated device. Are their certain devices that are more suited to in-ear headphones? Also, i don't wanna pair my $100 westone UM-1 earphones with a DAC/amp that costs too much more. $200 is what i'm shooting for.
