looking for portable DAC/amp to be used with a laptop on in-ear headphones

Hey guys,

 

i've got some westone UM-1 in-ear headphones i listen to music with on my laptop. Id like to enhance the sound with a portable DAC/amp integrated device. Are their certain devices that are more suited to in-ear headphones? Also, i don't wanna pair my $100 westone UM-1 earphones with a DAC/amp that costs too much more. $200 is what i'm shooting for.

I'm very happy so far with my iBasso D2+ for my UM3Xs, although I've only used it as an amp so far and haven't even tried it with other cans. But the price is right, and it's very portable for an amp/DAC combination if that's an issue for you.....

I was gonna suggest the DACPort in my signature but it seems out of your range.  Plus overkill for the UM1 perhaps.

The Head Room Total Bithead also falls in your price range.
